By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the moja7 platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between moja7 and you with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and, if you have registered an account, contact the moja7 support team to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register a moja7 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older. moja7 strictly prohibits access by anyone below this age. moja7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing moja7 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player or otherwise prohibited from using online gaming platforms under any applicable regulations or court orders.
• You are not depositing or wagering funds obtained through unlawful activity and you accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws.

moja7 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in account suspension and any winnings derived during a period of ineligibility may be voided.

To use the full features of the Platform you must register a moja7 account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a password of your choosing, and OTP verification sent to your registered number. You must ensure that all information provided at registration and at any time thereafter is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or OTP codes with any third party. moja7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Your obligations regarding account security include the following:

• Use a strong, unique password for your moja7 account that you do not use for any other service.
• Log out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.
• Notify moja7 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.
• Do not permit any other person to use your account, even temporarily.

moja7 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100. moja7 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which moja7 takes no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You may only withdraw funds to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit, unless the moja7 support team has approved an alternative method in writing.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. moja7 does not guarantee processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient mobile wallet provider.
• moja7 reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of a national identity document or other supporting documentation.
• Funds deposited to your moja7 wallet that have not been wagered may be subject to a verification review prior to withdrawal.
• moja7 may delay, block, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or otherwise unlawful.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits — where the mobile wallet used is not registered to the account holder — are not accepted and may result in the return of funds and account review.

moja7 offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 to new players who make a qualifying first deposit. Specific bonus amounts, percentage match rates, eligible games, and expiry periods are detailed in the individual promotion pages and may be updated by moja7 at any time without prior notice.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The following general bonus rules apply to all moja7 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must be wagered before real money can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page. For example, a 10x rollover on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• moja7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after being credited, any wagering already completed in good faith will be honoured.

You must not use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, abusive, or otherwise contrary to these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing, manipulating game outcomes, or exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorist activity, or engage in any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing moja7 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform or its underlying systems without authorisation, including any attempt to circumvent security measures.

moja7 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the moja7 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of moja7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of moja7.

The moja7 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of moja7. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these trademarks without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, moja7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if moja7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. moja7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your moja7 account at the time the claim arises.

moja7 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You accept that temporary interruptions to service may occur and agree that moja7 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions provided that moja7 acts promptly to restore the service.

moja7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or payment rule violations.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring action on the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered mobile wallet, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited on termination for cause.

moja7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, moja7 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via a notice posted on the Platform or via a message sent to your registered mobile number. The amended Terms will state the date on which they come into effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting moja7 support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall in the first instance be referred to the moja7 customer support team for resolution. moja7 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any other remedy.
